Living according to one’s truth is possible only when we stop and listen to our own voice. It means surrendering to our own quietness. The noise with which you surround yourself is only there to numb you. It is not a real escape. We can ignore things for a while, we can lose ourselves in new places and people, but in fact, wherever we go, we are followed by ourselves.
